BLAKE GANSBORG: PRESIDENT

Blake’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state court, federal court, administrative forums, and arbitration proceedings. He also concentrates on litigating franchise disputes before state administrative agencies. He has secured positive results for clients across a broad range of industries, including automotive manufacturers, energy clients, and financial institutions.

Blake’s legal career has spanned numerous facets of the dispute resolution process, from clerking for a federal district court judge, to working in–house as a secondee to Barclays investment bank, to his decade–long experience in private practice litigating complex commercial disputes. This broad exposure has allowed him to develop a thorough understanding of the varied contexts in which corporate disputes arise and how they can be efficiently resolved. Blake has established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients as they seek to minimize risk and achieve business goals.

DEBORAH YIM: VICE PRESIDENT

Deborah is the founder and managing attorney at Primera Law Group. Deborah has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation.  She has previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney, a federal government agency counsel, and a corporate litigator.  In that capacity, she has litigated hundreds of matters and tried multiple cases to verdict before state and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals throughout the United States.

As an immigrant, person of color, woman, and first generation college graduate, Deborah understands first hand the struggles and challenges of succeeding in the workplace and society in general with few resources and little support. She founded Primera Law Group specifically to work with marginalized communities and individuals who have been abused and treated unfairly at the workplace and beyond.  Deborah is deeply committed to giving back and encouraging others to do so.

ANDREW HO: SECRETARY

Andrew is a partner at Recht Kornfeld, PC where his practice focuses on representing individuals in all areas of criminal defense. He has won not guilty verdicts at jury trials in numerous complex criminal matters including first degree murder, sexual assault, armed robbery, felony assault, domestic violence, DUI, burglary, fraud, and drug cases, and countless other serious matters. He represents individuals in municipal, state and federal court.

Andrew also defends licensed professionals including attorneys, teachers, medical professionals, and others. He has successfully defended actions brought in in the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, Department of Human & Health Services (TRAILS), Title IX investigations, and school disciplinary boards.
