This committee is responsible to:

• Provide resources and opportunities for APA attorneys to foster professional growth within the workplace, to maximize career advancement, and to gain leadership skills in the legal community.  

• Organize events and workshops for young APA attorneys to navigate the transition from law student to law professional, and for attorneys at all stages of their careers to learn how to strengthen their professional presence.  

• Seeks to facilitate mentorships and sponsorships and opportunities for APA attorneys to connect with peers through networking mixers and in-house panels.
