Sara Van Deusen, Assistant Regulation Counsel with the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, will discuss a variety of topics, including:

• How can lawyers use social media for investigative purposes?

• What do the recent changes to Rule 8.4(c) mean for how lawyers investigate?
